Our boat storage starts at only $30 per month with our month-to-month contracts. We currently offer covered and uncovered storage spots in our gated secure storage lot (A) and uncovered storage in our open storage lot (B). The Dry Dock offers on-site security, including 24/7 security footage, and our secured lot is lighted.
We are conveniently located on Courthouse Road near several Marinas with access to Lake Anna and Lake Anna State Park. The Dry Dock also includes a full-service department for your boat. We offer maintenance, repairs, and customization of all brands and also provide winterization, shrink wrapping and detailing. With our certified on-site state inspector, we also provide VA state inspections of your trailer as well!
